Shipping policy
PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
All Orders are processed within 3 Business Days. Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Monday-Friday. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Weekends or holidays.
After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 3 business days and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, of your order, we will contact you via email.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. E-packet is our primary carrier for all customers.
Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5~25 days from the date of shipment.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Peekaboo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees & taxes imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (local tariffs, taxes etc).
WILL MY ORDER COME IN ONE PACKAGE?
Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1~2 business days apart.
OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS
In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.
ADDRESS CHANGES
Our warehouse staffs are super quick, so if you notice an error please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to catch your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can change your order once processed, especially if the order has already left our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can to help.
